 I’m an experienced IT professional with over 20 years in the automotive industry, combining hands-on mechanical knowledge with deep technical expertise. My journey began as a vehicle mechanic in a family-run business, where I worked for seven years before earning a First-Class Degree in Software Development. I then transitioned into IT, advancing from software developer to IT Manager at Hills Salvage and Recycling Ltd—now known as The Green Parts Specialists, the UK’s leading vehicle dismantler.

While there, I project-managed and helped build the Green Parts Specialists platform—now the UK’s leading green parts solution for insurance companies. I’ve worked closely with multiple insurers to implement and integrate systems that support the widespread use of green parts by bodyshops across the UK. This has helped reduce repair costs, increase sustainability, and contribute to a greener insurance industry.

 I also have extensive experience in creating successful eCommerce websites and providing network and cabling solutions for small to large businesses. My unique blend of IT skills and automotive industry insight enables me to create practical, scalable solutions that meet real-world business challenges.
